A core part of our business is to also provide grant consultancy services to secure government grant financing for clients to fund the execution of the above initiatives. Job Description:

Your role supports various projects and engagements for our consulting clients across different industries and sectors, by conducting basic research, analysis, data collection, and presentation. You will be trained on RIC's proprietary consultancy frameworks and methodologies to deliver recommendations and facilitate clients' strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client's needs and effectively gather information about their company and employees
• Suggest appropriate reskilling and basic job redesign programs for each employee by considering various factors.
• Communicate directly with clients for strategizing or requesting information.
• Take full ownership of each case, and be proactive in initiating the next steps while keeping clients constantly updated.
• Use problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues while considering all factors.
• Being highly adaptable and effective in communications with customers and industry partners are essential.
• Think outside the box to find creative solutions and back-up plans, not limiting yourself to just standard steps/formulas.
• Write project proposals relating to our consultancy work for clients. This includes conducting desktop research leveraging Gen AI, establishing factual content, checking for style, grammar and accuracy of content, and arranging for any necessary revisions with clients.

Hard skills, such as process steps and paperwork, will be trained. Mistakes are allowed, preferably with your ability to resolve them independently.

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Meticulous with a strong mindset towards error-free work
• High willingness to learn
• Able to engage client independently and professionally
• Ideally come from a HR background
