Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in creating innovative and bespoke design that align with the client’s requirements.
- Oversee the design process and managing designer schedule.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Spatial design and ideas conceptualisation for upcoming projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designer, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:.
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or in a senior design role, preferably within the design and events industry.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in 3D Studio MAX, Photoshop and Illustrator. Skill sets such as spatial planning and concept generation.
- Ability to lead large-scale projects with minimum supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
