We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Events Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Events Operation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing various events, ensuring their successful planning and implementation. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project team.
- Oversee and liaise with various event stakeholders such as suppliers and venue management.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee event setup, teardown and coordinate logistics.
- Packing and storing event logistics for activation.
- Loading/unloading of event logistics.
- Career progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proactive and can solve problems independently and multitask.
- Candidate holding a valid Class 3 driving license preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required for on-site event management.
