Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Professional who can handle cross-border transactions and manage complex structures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup
1. Cashier Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow and bank deposits.
- Handle company payments and receipts to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate and appropriate use of funds.
- Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll.
2. Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including recording, classifying, and verifying transaction data.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in compliance with Singaporean accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and document support.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or higher.
- Over 5 years of experience in finance.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Ability to manage international business operations and complex financial structures.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
- Familiarity with Singaporean tax and accounting regulations, with strong financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and office software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
