Finance Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a Finance Professional who can handle cross-border transactions and manage complex structures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup


1. Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow and bank deposits.
  • Handle company payments and receipts to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate and appropriate use of funds.
  • Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll.

2. Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including recording, classifying, and verifying transaction data.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in compliance with Singaporean accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and document support.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or higher.
  • Over 5 years of experience in finance.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Ability to manage international business operations and complex financial structures.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
  • Familiarity with Singaporean tax and accounting regulations, with strong financial analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and office software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
