Account Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist us with Accounting related matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data entry of all invoices/receipts into the system.
  • Keeping track of accounts payable and accounts receivables for our overseas branch.
  • Reconcile payment with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assisting with administrative matters.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers.
  • High level of initiative, drive and a sense of urgency.
