Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist us with Accounting related matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Data entry of all invoices/receipts into the system.
- Keeping track of accounts payable and accounts receivables for our overseas branch.
- Reconcile payment with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Assisting with administrative matters.
- Any ad-hoc assignment that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers.
- High level of initiative, drive and a sense of urgency.
