Service Technician

What you will do

• Carry out planned systems checks to ensure systems proper operations. • Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance attend to request calls and breakdown calls as required and furnish reports of the findings.

• Generate Service Report for customers and ensure that the report is sent to the customer timely.

• Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Execute maintenance projects, and plan work schedule for the project under your responsibility, in coordination with your supervisor.

• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors' work at site.

• Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications, and be able to manage system applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning of the systems under your care.

What we look for

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. • Service experience preferred

• Technical experience in BMS/BAS, Controls, HVAC, Security or Fire systems will be an added advantage

• Fresh graduates in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) are also welcomed to apply
