As part of their business growth, they are looking for a Sales Director to drive GPU solutions by devising sales strategies to reach out to both public sector and commercial clients while building and managing a high performing team.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of GPU technology, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO , your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the public sector and commercial markets.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Drive the development of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to support business development efforts.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and commercial enterprises.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact the public sector and commercial markets.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience selling GPU solutions or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Possess Strong understanding of GPU technology, AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives and key stakeholders.
