Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for the role of Senior Associate with 5 to 9 years of experience. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support existing Pega application with ticket resolution within the defined SLA
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements for any enhancements required
- Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications on the Pega Cloud platform.
- Oversee the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Pega applications to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Pega Cloud, Pega Integration, and Pega Platform.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Airlines domain.
- Experience in handling end-to-end delivery for Pega upgrade
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing Pega-based solutions.
- Have experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. –
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery using Pega technologies.

Certification(s) Required :
- Certified Pega System Architect (CSA), Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA), Good to have Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
