Senior Design Architect
- To undertake Feasibility Studies, Concept/Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing.
- To coordinate with multidisciplinary Consultants’ teams to ensure delivery of Design Intent.
- Architecture Degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 6-8 years post graduate professional experience in architectural design
- Registered with Board of Architects Singapore.
- Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience
- Track record of leadership in design teams
- Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills
- Good freehand sketches and competency in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, In-Design, as well as basic rendering, graphics publishing software programs
Senior Project Architect
- Serve as project team leader or deputy team leader for ongoing and new projects
- Responsible for client, consultant, authority, technical meetings
- Manage feasibility and design phase
- Oversee documentation and tendering
- Manage construction and completion
- Minimum 6 to 8 years experience as project architect
- Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies of equivalent standing such as the Board of Architects (BOA)
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, In-design
- Experience in private and public residential project in Singapore
- Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction
