We are assisting a client, a local company that specializes in the manufacturing and construction industries.
Job Description
- Liase with Engineers & Managers on their purchase requirements.
- Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, prices etc
- Process PR, create and match POs in SAP etc.
- Review and follow-up on tender bids and documentation.
- Provide administrative support as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies
- Min. 2 year(s) of procurement experience preferred
- Proactive, positive and responsible individual
- Able to work under tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)
Location: West Area
