Job Description:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and sustain high-quality Business Process Management (BPM) products that meet specified requirements.
- Apply Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methods to improve deployment efficiency.
- Oversee the design of BPM specifications, ensuring they meet technical requirements and business objectives.
- Convert business requirements into scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Develop clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date technical and API documentation to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Experience integrating ERP systems like SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Java development and maintenance
- Practical experience in developing web applications using technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, etc.
- Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or similar
- Preferred experience in developing BPM-electronic signature forms
- Familiarity with API, web services, and other integration technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
