Cross-Border Trucking Officer (Admin / Customer Service)

What the role involves:

• Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/Domestic transportation operations, partnership and projects.
• Familiar with custom (Malaysia and Singapore) requirements, import and export procedures
• Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry.
• Checking with Malaysia counterpart on their status as a declaring new customer in Malaysia or liaising with Malaysian customers or their declaring agent on the Malaysian customs procedures.
• Submitting the selling rate to Singapore customer.
• Coordination with Malaysia counterpart on Sales lead from the destination.
• Looking into all aspects of customer's requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments
• Cross border trucking (CBT) billing & preparing of reports for internal &external customer.
• Generation of cross border road freight (CBRF) reports.
• Any other duties as assign from time to time.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Min 'O' Level
2. 1 years of experience
3. Computer literacy,custom regulation,cross border operation, communication skill
4. 1 year experience
5. Microsoft office, Email, WMS
