HR Officer (Serangoon, Generalist, 5 days, Office hrs)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding, such as preparing access cards, staff cards, and creating email accounts.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the HRIS system daily and address employees’ inquiries.
  • Update the corporate organizational chart and prepare manpower reports, staff movements, HR letters, and forms as needed.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure filing is up-to-date.
  • Provide HR operations and administrative support, including verifying and processing invoices, responding to IHP and GH&S inquiries, and sourcing air tickets.
  • Process all work injury compensation cases.
  • Handle general administrative matters such as office equipment, staff amenities, company transport, and archiving.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of materials for management meetings.
  • Manage all travel-related tasks, including booking flights, hotels, visa applications, and accommodations, ensuring efficient planning and scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Cover reception duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (BIPO/Prosoft).
  • Skilled in using various social media platforms.
  • Resourceful, energetic, meticulous, and possesses a strong sense of urgency and a "Can-Do" attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills; proficient in both oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
