Job Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding, such as preparing access cards, staff cards, and creating email accounts.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the HRIS system daily and address employees’ inquiries.
- Update the corporate organizational chart and prepare manpower reports, staff movements, HR letters, and forms as needed.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure filing is up-to-date.
- Provide HR operations and administrative support, including verifying and processing invoices, responding to IHP and GH&S inquiries, and sourcing air tickets.
- Process all work injury compensation cases.
- Handle general administrative matters such as office equipment, staff amenities, company transport, and archiving.
- Assist in preparing presentations and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of materials for management meetings.
- Manage all travel-related tasks, including booking flights, hotels, visa applications, and accommodations, ensuring efficient planning and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Cover reception duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (BIPO/Prosoft).
- Skilled in using various social media platforms.
- Resourceful, energetic, meticulous, and possesses a strong sense of urgency and a "Can-Do" attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills; proficient in both oral and written communication skills.
- Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
