Responsibilities :-
- Oversee the overall execution & construction of the ERSS competently &
- Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act.
- Co-ordinate and monitor projects
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
- Resolve problems arising at sites and attend site meetings
- Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines
Requirements :-
- Possess basic Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) &
- Construction Safety Course.
- Minimum 5 years in Project Management experience is desired.
- Good command in both written & spoken in English.
- Self-motivated and committed to works.
- 5.5 days week.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
