Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, complex candidate interviews including travel and accommodations as needed
- Host candidates and ensure the onsite interview process is flawless
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage, quality check, and maintain data integrity in our ATS and our job postings, career pages on various social media sites, and other outlets
- Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process
- Help manage background check process steps as needed, in eligible countries
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Human Resources
- 4-5 years experience in a recruiting coordinator position is highly preferred
- Flexibility, strong work ethic, a strong desire to get stuff done
- A passion for learning and making this more efficient
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise duties based on urgency
- Excellent l written and verbal communication
