Role: HR Payroll Executive
Duration: 5 Months Maternity Cover
Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM – 6.00PM
Job Description:
- Responsible for the employee life cycle of employees in Singapore and Malaysia
- Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processes for Singapore and Malaysia
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment activities
- Ensure the smooth on and off boarding for new joiners and leavers
- Support all Compensation and Benefits related activities
- Ensure the data integrity of employees in the various systems
- Manage employee grievances which may arise from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Excellent knowledge of HR generalist scope and best practices in the retail industry
- Familiar with Employment Regulations and Payroll in Singapore and Malaysia
- Must be positive, resourceful with a service mind set
