Purpose of Role:
Provide administrative and operational support for company transport, dormitories and admin related matters.
Responsibilities:
Manage company's bus transport system for both permanent employees and foreign workers
- Manage number of buses for ferry service of foreign workers
- Handling of daily feedback on bus transport matters
- Management of ad-hoc bus requests
Taxi Services and Claims
- Management of taxi vouchers
- Management of monthly taxi billing and claims
- Follow up on resolving of unverified taxi claims
Telco Lines Requirements and Billings
- Management of Telephone line
- Telephone-local calls (Extention)
- Handphones / SIMs card
- Fax expenses
- Switchboard call-(Local) & -(Overseas)
- Postage & Couriers
Manage company's dormitories, housing of foreign workers, oversee foreign workers well-being and other related matters with dormitories
- Management of Dormitory status
- Updating workers movement status
- Follow up on Maintenance and Repairs status for dormitories
- Carry out House Keeping inspections
- Carry out fact findings and follow ups on workers offences at dormitories
Admin Matters
- Payment of newspapers subscriptions
- Assist in organizing of Ceremonies and Events
- SAP administrative matter on SE / SA & Kofax request
- Follow up on resolving any issues pertaining to HR / Admin matters
Requirements:
- NTC or Diploma in any field of studies
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous, but not a must
- Comfortable entering into dormitories to liaise and interact with workers on resolving workers related issues
- Able to work independently to find out information in order to resolve work and admin issues
- Able to interact and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management staffs and external contractors
- Possess patience to find out about internal organizational workings, work cultures and their effects on different departments and processes
- Able to anticipate or foresee impact of decisions/information from authorities or company management on own area of responsibilities, with ability to recognize linkage and synergies between departments and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Able to climb up levels of staircases in office buildings, yards and dormitories
- Able to respond to emergency calls outside office hours

- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
