Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative at SGITAL. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, and sales activities to drive business growth and build client relationships.
- Convert Inbound Lead to Qualified meetings
- Qualify Outbound leads as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls with (prospective) clients
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Sales skills
- Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- 2-5 years of proven work experience as a BDR-preferably SaaS software sales
- Growth mindset
- Capability to work directly with seasoned Global stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Strong CRM hygiene
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
