To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Marketing & Communications Department.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-


Job Responsibilities

· Assist in the ideation, development and execution of marketing initiatives and tactical promotions to strengthen branding and drive revenue for Goodwood Park Hotel, encompassing rooms, F&B establishments as well as meeting and event facilities

· Adhere to corporate guidelines and consistent brand articulation in owned marketing assets, paid media channels and partner platforms

· Craft and proofread contents for all marketing communications efforts

· Work with the in-house designer or external vendors on conceptualisation and development of marketing materials

· Work with internal cross-functional teams and external partners for timely and smooth implementation of brand marketing and tactical campaigns

· Work with appointed PR agency to conduct media engagement activities to generate editorial opportunities and maximise coverage

· Coordinate and supervise of media and external partner requests for photoshoots, filming and interviews

· Conceptualise, plan and execute of internal photo or video shoots

· Assist in assessment and recommendation for sponsorship or collaboration requests

· Provide administrative support and adhoc duties including taking of meeting minutes and department reports


Requirements:

· Recognised degree in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communication.

· Minimum 1 to 3 years of Marketing Communications and/or PR experience preferably in the hospitality, travel or F&B industry.

· Excellent command of English with proficiency in Chinese language.

· A self-starter and strong team player with the ability to work independently

· Meticulous, organised and self-motivated

· Good numerical aptitude and analytical skills

· Strong project and time management skills

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to start work within short notice.
