Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as necessary.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Assist to sweep and mop dining area
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by kitchen manager
