Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
- Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
- Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
- Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Source & handle local orders and also orders that we do not have local office
- Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status
- Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in Administrative Sales Support background
- Team Player and Detail Oriented
- Able to liaise with counterparts from China
- Able to prioritize and organize task
- Well versed in Microsoft Office
