The Executive (Care Coordinator) will be based within the KKH Palliative Care for Children & Women programme at KKH. Under the guidance of an administrative manager, he/she will serve as the main liaison between patients and healthcare providers and community partners; and coordinate the patient-related operations of the program to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care for patients from the hospital to the community. Additionally, he/ she will offer administrative assistance to the study team throughout the multi-year program duration. Responsibilities encompass coordinating with patients on referral and appointment scheduling matters, maintaining program compliance, providing system support, and ensuring the database integrity and security.
Job Requirement
- Fresh Degree Holder; OR Diploma + 8 years’ experience
- Prior clinical research experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-years contract.
