Job Duties:
- Utilize expertise in futures and derivatives clearing to provide strategic insights and recommendations on operational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and document functional specifications related to clearing and settlement.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimize operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including Target Operating Models, Business Requirements Documents, and process flows.
- Lead or support testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues as necessary, and drive timely resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, participating in workshops and steering committees to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in futures and derivatives clearing to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
