We’re searching for a Service Delivery Manager to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

What we seek to accomplish together:

  • As part of the Cloud Infra team to support the capability of the Cloud platforms to deliver a cost effective and sustained level of availability to meet customers’ requirements. Incorporate continuous improvement process in operations through constant monitoring, reporting, evaluating and improving the operation metrics.
  • Assist the Operations Director in the day-to-day operations of the large-scale Gov Private Cloud Project
  • Responsible for service deliverables SLA – service availability, incident/problem resolution
  • Enforce ITSM methodologies and ensure contract compliance
  • Manage the infrastructure security operations
  • Maintain and execute a security vulnerability management strategy and address security vulnerabilities from all sources within SLA
  • Support annual security and ITSM audit
  • Carry out Risk Assessment and propose mitigations
  • Drive automation and process optimization
  • Proficient in cloud technologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    Proficient in VMware, Nutanix, Windows Servers, Linux operating systems
  • Lead weekly operation meeting with Gov customers to discuss operation matters
  • Attend fortnightly management level meeting with Gov customers by providing presentation on operation related topics
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Lead technical troubleshooting session and vendor management
  • Review and approve critical changes, upgrades raised by leads or subject matter expert
  • Manage maintenance plan and handle communication with all stakeholders

A little about you:

  • Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
  • Passionate about process improvement and resource optimizing projects

What you might also need to have:

  • 6 - 8 years IT operations experience
  • Skilled in the VMware, Nutanix, Netbackuo, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Microsoft Windows
  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
  • Certification in PMP / CITPM/ITSM / COMIT/ ITIL V3 or above
