- Arranging client interviews
- Conducting brief screening interviews for participants prior to the start of their treatment.
- Administering evaluation battery to clients
- Preparing and facilitating group-based activities.
- Tracking of clients’ treatment progress through recording and uploading of case notes.
- Preparing of treatment reports and updating programme manual
- Conducting literature reviews
- Assisting in the conduct of focus groups
- Transcription of audio/video recordings and perform data entry
- Setting up of databases and/or dashboards
- Data analysis
- Monitoring research data collection progress
- Curate and verify quality of collected data while ensuring data security
- Draft reports/presentations for research project updates
- Developing and designing materials learning materials like info-posters, e-learning modules, and workshops to support efforts to improve implementation and evaluation practices among stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Singaporean
- Degree in Psychology (Second class and above)
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Interest in working with the offending population
- Willing to work a maximum of two weekday evenings per week (flexible working hours will apply)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Due to work from home arrangement, candidates must have a private space to conduct video conferencing sessions to ensure data confidentiality
- Proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA) is a plus.
- Experience with online data collection platforms is a plus
- Experience with digital communication / design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
