Job Description:
~ Operating machine and to produce the required output within the quality control specification.
~ Ensure the machine is running smoothly and efficiently
~ To perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to minimize the disruption to production.
~ To perform trouble shooting related to defective and quality issue products timely and effectively.
~ Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of machine according to the schedule sets. Ensure documentation are correctly updated.
~ Able to perform change model (change size / change tooling) independently and ensure the products able to meet the quality control specification.
~ Monitor the production wastage and take remedial action when necessary.
~ To maintain the work area clean, safe and orderly
~ Maintain an effective communication between shifts
~ Assist superior in spare part management
~ Provide and assist the technical improvement project support when necessary
Requirements:
~ Willing to work 12 hours shift (rotating schedule), 6:45 to 6:45
~ NITEC / Diploma or equivalent with years of related experience
~ Able to work independently and team player
~ An advantage able to lead team.
