Job Descriptioon & Requirement
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new workers, including orientation and paperwork processing.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help in processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records for the workers.
- Monitor and update HR software and systems for data accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Support HR team with compliance efforts, including maintaining records for audits and reporting.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs. Workers Course Registration.
- Assisst in HR Department related payment.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree Holder
- With minumum 1 years working experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive and approachable attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
