Our Client:
Our client is an established Japanese firm, specialising in lifts, elevators and escalators. They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Mechanic Technician.
The Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance to the schedule and when required
- Observe safety work procedures
- Ensure proper keeping and use of tools
- Observe proper work behaviour while working
- Perform standby works when required
- Follow up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
- Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
- Keep proper records of of works carried out in the relevant reports
- Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)
- Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
- Follow up on QC and QA defects.
- Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution
The Requirements:
- Relevant experience is needed
- Experience in the lift industry is preferred
- Certified COC is preferable
- Responsible and independent
