Job Description
· To Strategize, implement and oversee the Business Excellence (BE) policies and initiatives around security in the national organization to enable continuous development.
· To Strategize, implement and oversee the implementation and ensure realization of the BE strategy, in line with the Divisional and regional strategy to enable company to achieve its mission.
· To Strategize, implement and oversee the country Business Excellence workstream strategic agenda, developing and sustaining a continuous improvement culture using proven methodologies.
· To support the transformation of the local Business Excellence support service function from a compliance based to a performance-based function.
· To support the Road To Excellence change, lead continuous improvement initiatives and transform/sustain improvements as the future performance and business excellence standards and raising the levels of services to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as sustaining mandatory QHSSE compliance standards.
· To implement, administer and manage QHSSE related compliances, conformances and continuous improvement efforts and achieve the business required accreditation standards.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Security, or relevant disciplines.
· Certificates related to security planning, design, deployment, equipment, or investigations preferred.
· Certificates related to business continuity are helpful.
· Fluent in English and local language(s)
· General understanding of air, ocean, road & warehousing activities, flows, relationships, and constraints
· Minimum 5 years working experience in security, safety, business continuity or related disciplines.
· Academic working and thinking level
· Possess a critical mind and an eye for detail
· Able to communicate in an international environment.
· Well-organized and able to present concepts and ideas
