As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the Singapore & Southeast Asia Corporate Affairs team, supporting the Corporate Communications Lead to plan and execute internal and external communications programmes that will strengthen our employee experience and enhance Sembcorp’s reputation within the region.
Job description
- Develop a variety of communications materials across both functions that support our business objectives, including press releases, byline articles, executive communications, messaging documents, speeches, presentations, newsletters etc.
- Support media relations activities with coherent and sustained narratives, build media relationships, and create media stories that effectively profile various Sembcorp business units in the region
- Manage strategic speaking engagements for business leaders to enhance the company’s standing and influence
- Coordinate all aspects of employee engagement events, including townhalls and employee recognition events
- Create engaging content across internal channels and social media platforms
Requirements
- Degree and proven experience (at least 4-6 years) in corporate communications, public relations or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- Resourceful self-starter with drive, resilience, and adaptability
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing time and multiple priorities effectively
