Scope:
- Coordinate Board meetings, and communicate with Board of Directors regarding meeting schedules and announcements
- Calendar management and administrative support for Executive Director
- Manage travel requirements for Executive Director and rest of the team.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing corporate documents and filing
- Seamless collaboration and communication across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Processing supplier invoices, expenses claims and account management
- Assist management team in budget planning
- Maintaining record of all financial transactions and documentations
- Liaise with outsourced corporate secretarial/ auditors/ accounting firm on all Company related advisory
- Manage, coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities for regulatory enquires, if needed
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies and updating inventory
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Prior 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience working as an Executive Assistant
- 3 years’ experience working in a non-profit organization will be advantageous but not a must
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind
