Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including withholding tax, and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws, including withholding tax.
- Experience in the construction, roofing, or facade industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work immediately is a plus.
