- Food preparation.
- Assist head chef in the preparation of food ingredients & cooking.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as Oven, Fryer and etc.
- Assist in managing the operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen at all times and assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holidays.
