Key Responsibilities
• Drive annual revenue growth by securing multiple significant agreements with company brands.
• Develop and implement aggressive growth strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals.
• Spearhead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
• Engage with and manage client relationships at various levels.
• Negotiate terms for new engagements and renewals.
• Collaborate with the Client Services & Rewards team to achieve project objectives.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with current clients.
• Assist the Managing Director, in forming strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Extensive knowledge of the local and international market and diverse industries.
• Skilled in managing school or any other educational feild.
• Minimum of five years of direct B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in consultative and value-added selling, particularly in HR/Tech consulting.
• Experience handling high-value sales (over $35k per sale).
• Willingness to travel frequently for regional deal-making.
