- Mandatory skillset: Messaging engineer handling the on-premises Exchange and Lync server administration
- Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 (and experience in configuring database availability group, databases, failing over databases within Exchange DAG)
- Microsoft Lync 2013, 2015 (experience in setting up, configuring sip users, moving users across different front-end pools)
