RESPONSIBILITES
- Manages C-suite recruitment activities, including sourcing and poaching of potential candidates.
- Partnering with BUs to rollout HR initiatives and projects such as manpower planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs and etc.
- Develop and implement HR policy and plans, in line with the relevant business strategy and requests from management
- Spearhead in regional personnel costs, compensation and benefits programs and activities, drive annual compensation and performance review
- Develops manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources
- Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure provision of HR perspective and expertise
- Monitor full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees, ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services as well as employee medical insurance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in HR or any relevant discipline
- MIN 6 years of relevant experience (HR Generalist experience)
- Experience in handling commission and benefits function in M&E industry preferred.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with a lean team structure.
- Possess sound working knowledge of Taiwan legislation and other local statutory requirement
