In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various channels such as in-person, phone, email, or remote assistance (MSFT Teams).
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Basic Microsoft 365 Administration
- Active Directory Administration
- Collaborate with team members to deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
- Inventory Management System
- Re-issuance and disposal of old IT equipment
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT support field and recommend improvements or upgrade to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirments:
- Must be able to commit at least 3 months and preferably Singaporean or PR
- Training will be provided
