Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Lead full spectrum of Project Management including Overall Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning.
· Familar for Plumbing, Sanitary and Gas Services.
· Budget and Cost Control.
· Preparation of Progress Claims.
· Coordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities, Project teams, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
Requirements
· Degree / Diploma
· Min 5 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity in Plumbing & Sanitary Services for HDB Project
· Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
· Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
