Senior Quantity Surveyor

1. Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget.
2. Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
3. Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors.
4. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
5. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments.
6. Preparation of Monthly progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors.
7. To negotiate on pricing.
8. Handle any ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
