Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquries
- Prepare quotation, Purchase Order Requisition, Work Order
- Able to take initiative to make business proposal to customer &/or internally
- Process, monitor, expedite customer order to ensure on time delivery of goods
- Responsible to monitor and follow up project progress and update schedule of project delivery status , Project Filing
- Able to execute job by coordinating with Export team, purchasing & logistics team, technical team, customers and vendors through quotation, tender stage, order requisition, delivery and invoicing
- Provide Sales supports to sales team and manager
- When necessary, make some visit to domestic client for clarification & meeting for Sales objectives.
- Able to perfom task locally with minimum advice from our principal in Japan.
- A highly dedicated, responsible & passionate person who can perform task accurately & promptly, and able to work under pressure by taking challenge.
- Ad-hoc duties by MD or GM.
Requirements
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
- Making update activity report and documentation for conference
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), Ariba & ERP
- Working experience in Valve, Fitting, Pipe, Semiconductor, Electrical & Electronic Component, Petrochemical would be advantage
- Experience in ARIBA System would be advantage
- English fluency (meeting and writing reports inside and outside the company)
- A person who has positive and can think and act for himself/herself within min. supervision
- A person who can act flexibly for sudden related work
- A person who can keep confidentiality & highly reliable.
- Good people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
