Duty & Responsibilities
- Assist Purchasing Manager in processing documentation and making sub/packaging & general purchases.
- Able to buy essential materials for day-to-day Company's functions.
- Review prices and quality of the purchase goods with suppliers and requestors.
- Compute and process monthly sub/packaging reports for month end closing.
- Processing and filing of purchasing documents.
- Check and guide the Purchase Officer/Assistant in the daily routine duties.
- Update vendor records and certifications for sub/packing materials.
- Updating/maintenance of ISO/HACCP/SDS documents and SAP system.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or above qualification with 2 years of experience in procurement.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant purchasing experience (if do not possess tertiary education).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
