JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for managing Singaporean, Japanese, and international cabin attendants, including recruitment, daily direction and supervision, and yearly performance evaluation.
• Ensuring timely consensus with the cabin attendant division of the group headquarters in Tokyo on management and operational policies.
• Developing strategic and long-term plans to enhance crew performance in customer service and discipline adherence.
• Reporting significant issues and improvements to the Senior Regional Manager and the group headquarters in Tokyo.
• Ensure all Safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed..
• Designing and developing in-flight catering, focusing on variety, quality, and product quality control.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 20 years of working experience as a cabin attendant or a cabin attendant training instructor.
- More than 10 years of management experience in the aviation industry.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of the aviation industry, especially in Japan and Singapore.
- Language proficiency in Japanese at the JPLT N1 level to comprehend Japanese Aviation Law and be able to discuss policies and plans with the cabin attendant division of the group headquarters on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English to provide clear instructions to cabin crews.
