Job Description
- Analyse manufacturing process stability.
- Assist in implementation of improvement projects.
- Assist to resolve process engineering issues.
- Collect data for analysis.
- Enforce practices of good safety culture and good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
- Process oriented & able to prepare work instruction.
- Ensure the robustness of processes with process control tools.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor manufacturing process to reduce process variation.
- Perform process/product evaluations/experiments.
- Supervise manufacturing work for workplace safety and health compliance.
- Troubleshoot process deviations.
- Manage work order & certification processes.
Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Basic understanding of assembly/manufacturing processes.
- Experience in QMS internal audit related to ISO9001 and/or API is advantage
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
- Good technical interpretation skills such as BOM, drawings & specification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Word.
- Experience in develop basic training materials & conduct training.
- Team oriented.
- Experience in Semi-con, Electronics Contract Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas industry are welcome.
