Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in software development and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential as you will liaise with shareholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
