In Charge of Tender and Projects
Tender site visit, tender clarification, BOQ and measurement, cost estimation, Tender submission
Negotiation with sub-con and suppliers
Source for products, material, or equipment for projects
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities.
Prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations.
Maintenance of project documentations
Evaluating Sub-contractors' progress claim and prepare payment certificate and payment response to sub contractors
Requirement:
Candidate must pass at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Profesional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Able to work independently with minimum guidance
