About the Role:
- The role acts as platform level key point of contact for Account Leaders, Functional and Service Line Leaders, other business line leaders along with regional and international stakeholders across the wider Global Occupier Services organization.
- The position supports the wider IFM and GOS business as a trusted adviser, thought leader, subject- matter-expert and active contributor in the field of operational engineering and technical services best practice for integrated facilities and workplace management.
- As a people and performance manager, the position will require the active and ongoing support and management of an assigned team of both direct and indirect reports. In all circumstances the position must represent C&W business and the brand with the outmost of professionalism.
About You:
- A minimum of 10 years’ practical experience within the Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering (or comparable industry), ideally with Asia Pacific experience.
- Graduate level Engineering Degree (or higher) with relevant engineering major qualification (ideally in the realm of Building Services, Controls, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering).
- Be an accomplished people leader, manager, and talent developer – can demonstrate people and stakeholder management experience as both leader and team member.
- Self-starting, self-managing, self-teaching with an outcome orientated disposition – able to work unsupervised according to assigned goals and objectives within the given governance and support framework.
- Technically proficient in all commonly used business software and applications, and proficient communicator in English via oral, written and hybrid presentation mediums.
