Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive tender documents that clearly define project scope, specifications, timeline, and evaluation criteria.
- Request quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Estimate project costs based on material prices, labor rates, equipment rentals, and other relevant factors.
- Develop cost models and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
- Update project budgets and cost estimates to reflect agreed-upon variations.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with agreed-upon scope.
- Measure completed works and assess deliverable quality against contract specifications.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned.

ob Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- In-depth understanding of construction practices, materials, pricing, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with bid/tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing progress claims and related documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
