The Position:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural/Interior Design Drafter to join our team. You will provide design & technical inputs to high-profile international projects.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in urban design.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of layout plans, detailed drawings
- Reviewing of details/tender/shop/construction drawings
- Identifying and communicating potential issues to the team
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience
- Bachelor's Design in Architecture or eqivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Added advantage on the proficiency in Revit/BIM
- Proactive and conscientious Team Player
