A well-established Ship Management Company located nearby HarbourFront is seeking an Operations Executive on permanent position. Salary is S$ 3500 – 4200 per month. Diploma and Degree Graduates are strongly advised to apply as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and review port agencies’ quotation from required port agents
- Monitor and liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements
- Arrange pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unberthing and outward passage
- Monitor and report vessels’ status and movement on a daily basis
- Prepare and instruct vessels for loading and discharging operations
- Submission of laytime calculation and verification of invoices
- Handling of Administrative matters for the team
