As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, delivering exceptional value through innovative solutions and contributing to seamless Workato implementations. Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams from pre-sales to post-sales while shaping the enterprise orchestration landscape.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
✨ Integrated Technical Aptitude and Proficiency:
- Dive into the Workato platform, deploying recipes for diverse use cases.
- Rapidly develop high-impact Workato recipes as prototypes for customer automations and migration use-cases, supporting Pre-sales evaluations.
- Assist the customer success team in delivering rapid value realization with Workato clients.
- Implement high-quality Workato recipes, adhering to delivery standards and best practices.
- Utilize technical acumen to advise, troubleshoot, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Workato and industry best practices.
- Extend Workato connectors through proficiency in Java/Python/Ruby and knowledge of SOAP/XML.
- Technical expertise or familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Applications: Demonstrate knowledge and familiarity in business applications, including ERP, HCM, accounting, CRM, and supply chain management.
- Database Applications: Understand and build integrations to different databases.
- Messaging and Event Services: Understand messaging systems and event-driven architecture, including message brokers, event publishing, and subscription models.
- Data Pipelines: Develop, design, and manage data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and consistency through data ingestion, extraction, transformation, loading, and workflow automation.
- Artificial Intelligence: Possess the knowledge and skills required to understand, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions.
- Productivity Applications: Work with and build integrations to various productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other collaboration software.
- Web and Mobile Development: Demonstrate familiarity with developing, designing, and maintaining websites or mobile apps, including front-end layout, back-end programming, and database integration.
